F Street Development Group via F Street West Bend, LLC (“F Street”) is the developer/sponsor to offer for a limited time, the opportunity to invest in a new Class-A, market rate apartment development located at 105 S Forest Avenue in West Bend, Wisconsin. The development will be known as The EMREE. The housing market in West Bend is very strong with extremely low vacancy rates. The market study of the West Bend market showed ZERO vacancies at the time of survey in 14 of the 15 apartment projects built in the market since 2005, and a strong need for additional housing. The Emree multifamily development will include 105 units, across 7 separate buildings, which will further help diversify the housing mix within the West Bend community.
