"Exceeded Expectations on 2 Full Cycle Investments"

I have invested in two Criterion CRE offerings both of which have gone full cycle. They have exceeded my expectations. I have met the partners in person in their office and they are experienced professionals. They publish regular updates and provide timely K1s which is important to my CPA and I. I am looking to invest in another Criterion deal as I prefer CRE with a good sponsor over the stock market.

"Very strong sponsor that you can trust"

I am a pretty active real estate investor whose been involved in over 80+ deals across 45+ different sponsors. I met Andy when he was working for another firm and decided to give Criterion a chance after having a really good conversation with him shortly after he joined Criterion. I started investing with Criterion in July 2024 and have had two deals already go full cycle that achieved very respectable IRRs in a short time period. I'm also invested in three other deals with Criterion that have strong return potential and I'm confident that Andy and the Criterion team will do their absolute best to meet or exceed the proformas. After dealing with over 45 sponsors, I can honestly say that there's only about 8 that I would ever considering investing with again and Criterion is near the top of that list. "Criterion Fund - Excellent Service, Communications and Results"

We've had the opportunity to invest in three separate Criterion Fund projects over the past 18 months. Criternion Fund representatives have always done a great job clearly communicating the project attributes in advance of our investments. The project descriptions and pro-formas are easy to understand and help us make good investing decisions. If unexpected surprises pop up prior to or during the investment lifespan (positive or negative) the team does a great job communicating in a timely and transparent manner. We have been very satisfied with the returns generated during our time with Criterion. IRR and cash-on-cash returns have hit or surpassed the targets established at time of investment, indicating the team does a great job managing the revenue, cost and investment aspects of each project. We've found the team to be very responsive to our questions and very helpful as we've performed our pre-investment due diligence activities. We'd highly recommend the Criterion Fund as an excellent source of real estate investment opportunities. We will continue to invest with the team and look forward to continued great results.
