Invest Clearly Q1 2026 LP Review Competition

Official Rules

1. Administrator

The Invest Clearly Q1 2026 LP Review Competition (“Competition”) is operated by Invest Clearly.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate, individuals must:

  • Be a registered Invest Clearly user
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have invested with at least one sponsor listed on the Invest Clearly platform

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Invest Clearly are not eligible to participate.

3. Competition Period

The Competition runs from:

January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Competition Period”).

Reviews submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Competition by submitting reviews on the Invest Clearly platform during the Competition Period.

  • Each participant may submit one review per sponsor
  • Participants may submit reviews for multiple sponsors, provided they have invested with each sponsor
  • All reviews must be published on the Invest Clearly platform to be eligible
  • There is no limit to the number of eligible reviews a participant may submit
  • Duplicate or incomplete reviews will not be counted.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize

The eligible participant who submits the highest number of published sponsor reviews during the Competition Period will receive:

  • One (1) $500 gift card

Participation Prize

All eligible participants who submit at least one published review during the Competition Period will be entered into a random drawing to receive:

  • One (1) $250 gift card

Each published review submitted during the Competition Period will count as one (1) entry into the Participation Prize drawing. Users may get additional entries with each review they write.

The Grand Prize winner will not be eligible for the Participation Prize drawing. Each participant may receive only one prize.

6. Winner Determination

  • The Grand Prize winner will be determined based on the total number of eligible reviews submitted during the Competition Period.
  • In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the earliest timestamp of the final qualifying review.
  • The Participation Prize winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants who submitted at least one qualifying review.

7. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected on April 1, 2026.
  • Winners will be notified directly using the contact information associated with their Invest Clearly account. Public announcements may be made at Invest Clearly’s discretion and only with the winner’s consent.

8. Prize Delivery

Prize delivery method and vendor will be determined by Invest Clearly and communicated to winners at the time of notification. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.

9. Review Standards & Disqualification

Invest Clearly reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits false reviews
  • Attempts to manipulate the Competition or platform systems
  • Violates Invest Clearly’s Terms of Service or review guidelines

All determinations made by Invest Clearly are final and binding.

10. General Conditions

Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Invest Clearly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Invest Clearly from any claims arising from participation in the Competition or receipt or use of any prize.
