"Accountable Equity: Collateralized Debt Fund I (CDF-I)"

I started investing with AE in their CDF-I back in 2022. I have since added to the position in 2024 and will I'm sure add to it again in the future. They currently offer 8%, 9%, and 10% depending on the minimum investment. I have been receiving my distributions like clockwork in which they have never missed or shorted me on over the last 3 years. The management and team are highly accessible, and communication has been outstanding. When I invested back in 2022, I was part of LFI (now Passive Pockets), and they gave me a bump in the asset class because of my affiliation. They may still be offering that bump, you'll just have to ask if your part of a group like Passive Pockets. I have not invested in any of their other deals, only the CDF-I, but from what I hear they perform just as well. I highly recommend getting to know AE.

"Strong, Great Sponsor!"

Accountable was the second alternative investment I ever partnered with/invested in. I now have four separate investments and do look forward to other liquidity events to invest with them further regarding the offerings. Scott Bindas is an exceptional communicator and they have live webinars and multiple avenues to connect with them at any point in time. They are worth a look.
