I have been investing with PPR for several years now. They have never missed a payment. Always worked out well.

PPR has been an excellent investment over the past 4 years and has helped create monthly cash flow in the 11-12% range which is super rare. The management team appears to be Knowledgeable and capable. They haven't missed a payment and haven't ever paused distributions. They are experts on NPLs and Multifamily. They have a 1,2,3 year lock up period in this fund currently with adjusted interest rates based upon the lock up period. They also are starting to get into other investments that will allow for depreciation like car washes currently in their Opportunity fund. I wish them continued success and appreciate them as an option for higher cash flow.

I have been with PPR in the Reliant Income Fund for over a year. Zero Issues. The monthly/quarterly updates are perfect. They stand behind what they state, there have been zero distributions missed. Great company to work with and Stefani is great to work with from the customer relations side!
