"Avoid this company and save your investment"

I have invested proceeds from the sale of 3 rental properties in 5 DSTs and one opportunity Zone with Capital Square starting in 2014. All of the 5 DSTs were losers, producing almost NO cash flows as promised upfront. Every DST investment became encumbered by a "Cash Trap" with the lenders. The reasons were mainly leasing and sale issues that were not completed in a timely and prudent manner. Some of the properties were obviously purchased too high and therefore are not saleable at breakeven, much less at a profit, as was the objective. This company has been obsessed with rapid growth, amassing a large executive staff and investment portfolios that were not competently managed. Unfortunately for me, I am now retired and receiving no monthly cash flows and principal that is rapidly disappearing. At 72 this is the biggest investment mistake of my life.
