"Benjamin Spiegel Cannot Be Trusted,"
Redwood Capital is not a "firm." Their website is down, I can't find them on Google, and their business phone number was down. So, what's going on? Did they run out of money? If so, where's my money? This review is primarily about Benjamin Spiegel (managing partner). Matt Rinklin has been professional in my limited interactions with him. I don't think he is full-time in the business. Overall, my experience with Ben has been atrocious. In my opinion, Benjamin Spiegel is a charlatan. Emails, cell phone calls, and text messages go unresponded to. The only communication I get is from Ben's EA. One of the investments was pitched as a slam dunk—great market, already renovated, and tenanted. So, why haven't we received a distribution in over a year and a half? And no explanation? I wish I had done more due diligence before investing. At this point, I'm just hoping to recoup some of my investment. I'm seriously considering legal action against Ben Spiegel to gain transparency into what's been happening with these properties and the bank accounts. The only reassurance is that the properties are located in a strong rental market and bought when high interest rates were higher.

"Redwood Capital Review"
Redwood continues to deliver finding “off the run” deals due to their vast relationships within the industry. Ben, as Managing Partner, has a deep due diligence process and is always fully transparent on all deals. Highly recommend!

"Very pleased with the performance of Redwood Capital"
I invested with Redwood Capital back in 2022 and had a great experience as an LP investor. Communication was very clear both prior to the investment and throughout the investment. The asset that was purchased did incredibly well and the deal sold twelve months later for a good profit. I was very pleased with the performance of Redwood Capital.
