Construction on the property is nearly complete and is expected to receive final municipal approvals in Q2 2024. The property has begun the final phase of its development which is to secure leases from prospective tenants. Currently, there is one active lease in negotiation that is expected to account for ~25% of the property’s square footage. The property’s dedicated rear-load option is expected to drive additional tenant demand as it is one of the only newly constructed properties that serves the industrial small tenant market in the area.
