We are thrilled to be part of a new economic development project in Detroit, The Claire, recently celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Together, with Century Partners developers and MFCC (Multifamily Commercial Construction), our focus is on bringing more affordably priced housing options to the beautiful city of Detroit, all while maintaining a level of luxury and modern amenities that residents deserve. The property is located in District 5 in a building that has sat vacant for over 24 years. We are proud to be working alongside visionary partners in the pursuit of making a positive impact in Detroit.
