Overview

Acquired in the Spring of 2021 by ARC, Wayside Crossing is a retail plaza located on Boston Post Road (Route 20) in Marlborough, MA, and is currently home to Champion Cleaners, H&R Block, and New England Dental Group. In addition to renovating the existing 8,800 SF structure, ARC is constructing a standalone Starbucks with a drive thru as well as a Chipotle featuring the “Chipotlane”, adding 4,450 SF of QSR retail to the site. The projected is expected to be completed by Q3 2023. Wayside Crossing is shadow-anchored by Target and conveniently located next to Home Depot, Dunkin Donuts, Staples, Dollar Tree, and among other national retailers.
