In 2025 I made my biggest decision as a sponsor: I stopped raising for other people's deals, wound down a $3M feeder fund, and now only place investor money into deals I directly control. I never want to be unable to protect your capital with my own hands on the wheel. We invest only where we have an edge — a nationwide private lending fund we operate direct, and multifamily we own and operate in New Hampshire directly alongside two other firms.
