In one year of ownership, we’ve executed on $379,742.74 in renovation spend, increased our net operating income by 49%, and our estimates for the property value are now $8.65M (based upon a market 6.5% cap rate and 2024 operations YTD). Our current occupancy is 91%+, and our property value will continue to rise as we improve operations and lease at market rates. We started distributions to our investors 3 months in at 7.5% annualized, and are ahead of schedule in nearly all metrics. This is a deal that we’ll look to refinance, return all investor capital, and hold long-term.
