These structures represent approximately 80% of our capital deployment and are often not broadly distributed.
Investor-First Terms
Unlike a typical fund of funds, we layer nothing on top of the underlying GP economics. The improved terms we negotiate with partners often more than we negotiate improved terms and/or lower effective minimum investment amounts with our operating partners which more than offset that fee, putting investors in a net better position than going direct.
