Avondale Private Lending LLC

Avondale Private Lending is a Texas-focused private credit fund providing short-term, asset-backed financing to experienced residential home builders with proven track records. The strategy focuses on urban-core submarkets across the Texas Triangle mega region (Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston) characterized by limited housing supply, proximity to top-tier schools, and access to high-income employment centers. Through disciplined underwriting and deep borrower relationships, the firm originates first-lien, business-purpose loans secured by high-end residential real estate, targeting consistent income and capital preservation. Since 2016, Avondale has originated over $500 million in loans and delivered stable 9–10% annual returns, with investments offered through a tax-efficient REIT structure designed to enhance after-tax income for investors.
