Overview
The BODC Preferred Income Fund is designed for accredited investors seeking consistent income backed by multifamily real estate.
The fund provides investors with the ability to choose between two investment classes based on their liquidity preferences and income objectives.
The 8% Class is structured for investors seeking current income with added flexibility. Investors receive an 8% annualized interest payment and have access to liquidity following a 90-day lock-up period, subject to a 45-day notice period for capital redemptions.
The 12% Class is designed for investors with a longer-term investment horizon. This class includes a 36-month lock-up period, with 6% paid annually as current income and an additional 6% accrued over the investment term.
Capital from the fund is deployed into multifamily real estate investments operated by Break of Day Capital, a firm focused exclusively on multifamily assets within select Southwest markets.
The fund is intended to provide investors with a more predictable income-oriented investment structure while maintaining exposure to real estate-backed assets operated by an experienced multifamily team.
