Clive Capital was founded in 2022 and we focus on helping passive investors such as yourself invest outside of the stock market. We do all of the work of analyzing and managing investment opportunities. These opportunities are institutional-grade investments – $10s of millions, even billion dollar opportunities – that you can participate in for as little as $50,000. We believe you shouldn’t have to pick up a second job as a full time investor to achieve your financial goals more quickly and reliably than traditional equity investing. When evaluating an opportunity, we look for 6 key indicators - risk mitigation, cash flow, appreciation, tax benefits, liquidity, and altruism. With this criteria in mind for our investors, we are, at this moment, investing in Build-to-Rent development, value-add multifamily real estate, industrial triple net leases, private debt, and oil and gas in the United States. So far, we have helped investors invest into the renovation of 1200+ apartments, development of 100+ single family home rentals, 14 industrial warehouses, 56 oil and gas wells, and private lending nationwide. We are also exploring other asset classes to further diversify our investors’ portfolio including small cap businesses, solar, and more. We have expanded into tax planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and insurance.Our goal is to be your one stop shop for building wealth for yourselves and your loved ones. AND we make our money only after you have made your superior, risk adjusted returns to make sure our goals are aligned.
