Iron Horse Energy Fund II

I came to Clive Capital knowing almost nothing about private investments. Keshav has been very helpful in introducing me to private investment opportunities and to tax strategies as a way to diversify my portfolio. The team is always responsive and happy to answer my beginner questions, which made getting started much less intimidating.

The Clive Capital group has done nothing other than satisfied me with the opportunities they have presented and the results so far. I've been with them for about 1 year and I'm happy with the results, so much that I'm looking into investing some more with them. I do recommend going with them. They are very thoughtful and easy to reach out to (and responsive!) in case you ever need anything.

Keshav and John at Clive Capital are always exploring new types of deals and proactively bringing new tax saving strategies to us, typically having done extensive research and having tested them out themselves before offering to their clients. They’ve also been very responsive with any questions, always willing to jump on a quick call. I’m looking forward to seeing what other interesting investments and tax strategies they bring our way in the future.

I work in tech in the Seattle area. Like most people in my field, my investing was almost entirely stocks and index funds, and I'd never wired serious money into a private deal before. My long-term goal is building passive income outside the stock market, along with tax benefits and savings — which is exactly what drew me to Clive Capital. My biggest hesitation was the lockup and the lack of a sell button — with stocks you can exit in seconds, and a private placement felt like a leap of faith. What got me comfortable was the diligence process: transparent materials, regular investor letters, and direct access to Keshav and the team. They answered every hard question I threw at them, which told me a lot. Since investing, communication and reporting have been solid — I've done oil and gas and private credit investments with them, and everything matched the expectations they set up front. What has stood out the most, honestly, is the tax side — the tax savings have been the most helpful part of my experience so far. If you're nervous about your first private deal with a sponsor like Clive Capital, I'd say: do your diligence, ask the uncomfortable questions, and judge the sponsor by how they respond. That's exactly where Clive Capital earned my trust.
