Founded in 2018, LSCRE has helped thousands of investors build long-term wealth through over $1 billion of multifamily investments in Texas.
We’re multifamily investing experts – this is all we do. Our mission is to help you sleep well at night, knowing your capital is working hard in high-quality properties located in stable, growing markets, delivering consistent monthly distributions and long-term appreciation.
We’ve delivered 25.1% average annual returns on sold assets and currently manage a portfolio of over 6,000 apartment homes. Through our vertically integrated operations – including in-house property, asset, and construction management – we offer greater transparency, better execution, and risk under control.
We also provide the opportunity to 1031 exchange upon sale, enabling investors to maximize depreciation benefits, compound wealth, and avoid the headaches of re-investment decisions and timing risk.
Most of all, we’re built on service. Our goal is to give you peace of mind through proactive communication, clear reporting, and an unwavering commitment to your success, so you can invest confidently with us for life.
I have invested in two deals with LSCRE - Whispering Winds and Copper Springs. Take over of the properties was flawless. Distributions started on time and the amount was as promised in the offering materials. Invest with this team with confidence!
My experience across 3 investments to date had been very good. The team answers questions quickly and professionally. The reporting is excellent. They seem to care about their investors and align their desired outcomes with ours. I have yet to experience an exit with them, but over several years and across multiple investments I have nothing but positive feedback on their team and approach. Performance on my investments have mostly matched expectations and although one is underperforming plan (slightly), the communication around it has been solid which is appreciated. I recommend this firm and will continue to invest with them as opportunities present.
LSCRE is a first class sponsor/syndicator. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail. Their experience and expertise speak for themselves; I'm impressed with everyone I have had the pleasure to work with in this company. I originally started with Sam Morris when he ran Sunset Capital and my opinion of who he associates with and the expert way they manage LSCRE has only increased as the years go by. He is approachable and I am able to easily reach him or his associates should I have questions. Dasha is very knowledgeable and easy to contact and I've always gotten my questions answered quickly as well. My wife and I currently have three separate investments that are going extremely well; distributions are paid on time month after month with no issues and all of these investments have exceeded expectations, Preserve at Copperleaf especially!! I never have to worry about distributions, which is a blessing, considering my wife and I rely on the cashflow. I can't say the same for the other sponsors I've worked with or are currently working with. We will definitely be working with LSCRE for future investments, and I recommend anyone reading this does the same!
My first time investing with LSCRE and the process was very smooth. The team communicates very well and keeps you informed along the way. They have an easy-to-use online portal to make all the paperwork and documentation a breeze. They disclose how the deal is performing frequently and distributions are on-time. Would highly recommend LSCRE to investors!
