**Outstanding Operators with Unmatched Investor Relations** I can’t say enough good things about the team at LSCRE. From performance to communication, they have delivered on every single thing they said they would. What truly sets them apart, though, is their investor relations—it is hands down the best I’ve experienced. Shortly after investing, they sent a box of chocolates as a thank-you gesture. During a routine check-in call, I mentioned how much I enjoyed them, and to my surprise, two more boxes arrived in the mail the following week. That attention to detail extends directly into how they manage their investments. Recently, they proactively reached out via email just to let me know they noticed I hadn't opened or received the latest monthly property report. Investing in private real estate syndications requires a high degree of trust, and LSCRE (Lone Star Capital) has completely earned mine. My investment had a total return of 36%. Beyond the strong financial performance, what stands out most about the LSCRE team is their transparent communication, disciplined underwriting, and seamless platform updates throughout the entire lifecycle of the investment.
Being relatively new to syndicated investments, I found lcre very knowledgeable about the Houston area ; they do an excellent job at presenting their deals and having gone subsequently through a Roth coversion; which I know is somewhat of a nuisance for GPs: Dasha made it easy and seamless for the paperwork needed. They are highly recommended!
I have been very impressed with my experience investing with LSCRE and consider them to be one of the stronger multifamily sponsors I have invested with. One of the things I appreciate most about LSCRE is their transparency and communication. They provide monthly and quarterly updates on the performance of their investments, which keeps investors informed about how their properties are performing and whether the investments are tracking toward their original projections. I have found this level of communication to be excellent and much better than what I have experienced with some other private real estate sponsors. Their Investor Relations team is also outstanding. Whenever I have a question, they are readily available and consistently respond very quickly. It is reassuring to know that there is a responsive team available when investors need additional information or clarification. Another feature I appreciate is the monthly distributions. Receiving regular cash flow from the investment provides a tangible return while the property continues to appreciate and execute on its business plan. I invested in LSCRE's Preserve at Copper Springs investment, and I have been particularly impressed with their execution on that project. From what I have seen as an investor, they have done an excellent job executing the business plan and managing the property. I also like LSCRE's overall investment strategy. They appear to take a conservative approach to underwriting, focus exclusively on multifamily real estate, and concentrate their investments in markets where there is strong demand and relatively limited supply. Their vertical integration is another significant advantage in my opinion, as it allows them to maintain greater control over property operations and potentially achieve cost efficiencies across their portfolio. Overall, I believe LSCRE is a top-tier multifamily sponsor. Their combination of conservative underwriting, specialization in multifamily, vertical integration, strong market selection, consistent investor communication, and execution gives me a high level of confidence in their platform. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely invest with LSCRE again and would be comfortable recommending them to other investors who are looking for a long-term multifamily real estate sponsor.
