Crystal View Capital Fund I, LLC was established in Q4 2014 with personally having 30 years of collective industry experience. Crystal View Capital (or hereinafter referred to or “CVC”, “our”, “We”, “Management”, “The Fund” and or ‘the Company’) has quickly grown its investment portfolio to an estimated $5,014,000* in assets consisting of mobile home communities, land, retail, and office and industrial properties. Additional investment capital will be used to expand upon CVC’s existing portfolio. Crystal View Capital is a value investment real estate operating company, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Company has in house capabilities in acquisitions, financing, development, and asset/property management. As a privately held company, Crystal View Capital has the resources and skills to move quickly in acquiring properties and efficiently executing upon its investment strategies.
