Refuses to pay

Pretty good operator, but he doesn't want to pay the limited partners. It's been over 2 years since we were promised our money and only received half of what is originally promised to us. Investment started in 2021 and was supposed to end mid 2023 but we're still waiting for half our money. Some of this is Eng's fault but Shahid is a GP and has responsibilities towards us as well.
