Wellings Capital - Honest, down to earth, well respected

I found Wellings capital after making several investments w/ other sponsors. They have been great to work with, and invest with. Their communication is excellent, do extreme due diligence, and have lived up to their projections. Where other sponsors have over promised and under delivered, Wellings has under promised, and over delivered. Long after I had already invested w/ them, Paul Moore has called out of the blue just to chat. The same w/ Ben Kahle. They both wanted to get to know me better, and find out my investment goals. Can you say that about the sponsors you've invested with? i can't say the same w/ other sponsors. Emmerson Colasanto is a great team member. She is always available to answer a question, or help w/ anything I may need. I have invested in 6 of Wellings Funds, and will continue to invest w/ them in the future. They may not project the highest returns, but then again, under promise and over deliver. I keep reading about sponsors that have over bought when the interest rates were low, and now that they're gone up, these same sponsors are either stopping distributions, or making capital calls. Not Wellings. I wish i had found them sooner. 1 thing more. Paul and Matt Epstein were coming to my area to check on a possible investment. They hosted a dinner and breakfast for local investors. It was great to meet them in person. Has your sponsor done that?
