LSCRE Review

LSCRE is a first class sponsor/syndicator. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail. Their experience and expertise speak for themselves; I'm impressed with everyone I have had the pleasure to work with in this company. I originally started with Sam Morris when he ran Sunset Capital and my opinion of who he associates with and the expert way they manage LSCRE has only increased as the years go by. He is approachable and I am able to easily reach him or his associates should I have questions. Dasha is very knowledgeable and easy to contact and I've always gotten my questions answered quickly as well. My wife and I currently have three separate investments that are going extremely well; distributions are paid on time month after month with no issues and all of these investments have exceeded expectations, Preserve at Copperleaf especially!! I never have to worry about distributions, which is a blessing, considering my wife and I rely on the cashflow. I can't say the same for the other sponsors I've worked with or are currently working with. We will definitely be working with LSCRE for future investments, and I recommend anyone reading this does the same!
