Very strong sponsor that you can trust

I am a pretty active real estate investor whose been involved in over 80+ deals across 45+ different sponsors. I met Andy when he was working for another firm and decided to give Criterion a chance after having a really good conversation with him shortly after he joined Criterion. I started investing with Criterion in July 2024 and have had two deals already go full cycle that achieved very respectable IRRs in a short time period. I'm also invested in three other deals with Criterion that have strong return potential and I'm confident that Andy and the Criterion team will do their absolute best to meet or exceed the proformas. After dealing with over 45 sponsors, I can honestly say that there's only about 8 that I would ever considering investing with again and Criterion is near the top of that list.
