I look for solid sponsors with over 5 years of experience, preferably 5 exits with strong performance, and assets and locations I find solid.

Great First Syndication Experience
I have had a great experience with this being my first syndication investment. Timely and detailed reports and distributions. When there has been an issue, it was addressed quickly, ie ICE kicking down doors and removing some residents. Capex done on schedule and on budget as much as could be expected over these rocky years. I look forward to the next couple years.
