Great sponsor, people, and communication

We have been investing with MAG for the past 5+ years with multiple deals including investments in their funds. Very pleased with the returns including 2 full cycle exits that were ahead of schedule and higher than originally projected IRR. Maybe even better than the deals and returns are the people and communication... professional yet the MAG staff feels like family/friends and VERY prompt to return messages and engage in open dialogue/conversation whenever something comes up. I was so pleased and confident with MAG's operations that I recommended to my dad who is a newer investor in the RE space. MAG is now one of his biggest investments in his portfolio.
