RAD Diversified Is Looking Like A Ponzi Scheme
The Florida Attorney General's Office subpoenaed information from RADD companies in July of 2025. Their office is investigating complaints of fraud. I spoke with the investigator and I he said Dutch Mendenhall and Amy Vaughn are dodging him. I invested in the REIT in 2023. In the beginning communication was very often, and geared toward getting me to invest more money. Fortunately I did not. Now, many of the phone numbers I used at first with RADD no longer work. The numbers listed now are not answered, and they do not return my messages. I doubt I will get any of my money back. If you have invested with RADD companies and are feeling scammed, you are not alone.
