Diversification and Cash Flow

I have been investing with Mark for several years in 5 different funds. SMK provides great diversification and all of the funds I invested in had cash flow within the first few months. I have a high degree of trust knowing that Mark and his team vet 100's of deals. Ultimately selecting only a few funds every year to present to clients with some of the best risk/reward opportunities.
