Love the Team at BlueLine

I have been a huge fan of Blue Line from inception, I love their promote structure, and on top of this all we all know how hard it is to truly find operators who really value their investors. I love their acquisitions parameters. As you get to know the founders you'll see a very high level of intelligence and authenticness, in my opinion having been in multiple bad deals previously that is incredibly refreshing! One last note that is important, even though when they first started the fund and had projected to close on multiple deals early on, they kept walking away with deals that didn't pencil out. With this, they arent the operators to just close on a deal because they want to make fee's they are doing it the right way with the right businesses.
