Petrovybe is a go!

What sold me on the Petrovybe vs other good options in the market were 4 things. 1. PV’s focus on gas and gas liquids. 2. PV’s scaling model. Using the high initial cashflow to compound equity reinvestment into the project to quickly scale is brilliant. 3. Due diligence was robust, transparent and responsive. Excellent transparency 4. Acquision of existing, cashflowing assets with growth side a huge bonus. 5. Diverfication on several layers. A) with a heavy gas and liquids content, many products that don't correlate with oil or the economy B) PV has flexibility with several growth plays depending on asset development, market and other macro conditions. They could go after new wells and rehabs. This is a sizeable enough group of assets that PV has downside protection built in just by shear volume. With a 70% hit rate, it feels pretty risky if you are drilling a few wells. If you are buying hundreds and drilling 50, you can lean on that underwriting with confidence. This is my first and only O&G investment and I'm so glad i found it! I've only just invested but so far its a winner.
