Arrowpoint is a well run Real Estate Investment Company with many years of experience in the purchase, improvement and sale of small apartment buidings. In my first investment with them the returns far exceeded my expectations. My newest investment appears to be a the correct track and communication updates are clear and timely. Any questions I may have are promptly answered.

All questions and materials are transparently shared, which should give any investor comfort given the level and frequency of reporting. David is incredibly responsive and a great manager. I had a great experience investing in ArrowPoint. One of my investments in Arrowpoint has gone through the full cycle. Here is my summary from that full cycle: 1. Invested in 2019. Exited in 2022. Appleton Square in Methuen, MA 2. Financial performance significantly above the pro forma, even through the unexpected pandemic. 3. Execution of renovation and value-add plan is great. The original plan was quite conservative. 4. Great communication in regular cadence, keeping me updated on the progress. 5. No delay in annual K-1 . Overall the team at Arrowpoint has done a great job in delivering results for me. I have invested over dozens of sponsors. Arrowpoint is one of the top performers.
