Invest Clearly reviews are real experiences from verified investors. Here's

Communicative and nice, but overly optimistic.

These guys are sincere and seemed to try their best, but in the end, I lost all my capital ($50k) in a syndication deal in AZ. They misjudged the market and failed to take into consideration how high and for how long interest rates would rise. Moreover, they went through several different management companies--one of the management companies even misused funds. They are MDs and are good at networking/raising funds through their podcasts, conferences, selling courses, etc. but I think they are too green to compete in the brutally competitive Private Equity space.

Disappointing

Have 3 investments w/ them: one had a capital call and 100% loss of capital + capital call money. 2nd one is struggling. 3rd one has no distributions but hoping it won't be a loss at the end of the deal. They are run by three physicians turned investors. Disappointed since they led a real state syndication course for physicians so many of us trusted them since they were our teachers. As someone who was new to investing, I was naïve to how green they still were. Their learning curve is at investor expense. Unfortunately, I would have to strongly recommend steering clear of their investment opportunities.

Lost all capital plus capital call from co-GP syndication, and another one has paused distributions for years despite touting monthly distributions at the outset. They have a lot of polished excuses, but at the end of the day, they are inexperienced despite claiming experience, use their doctor credentials to garner a false sense of trust, and generally lack the focus and discipline of a more legitimate group. They communicate okay, claim to not disappear on you, I’ll give them that, but ultimately the numbers speak for themselves. Would have been far better off just putting $100k in any old index fund or even a plain old money market.
