Brit Properties is a boutique owner and operator of industrial real estate. Since 1989, our Chicago-based team has acquired 95 industrial properties with an aggregate value of nearly $200 million.

Through hands-on acquisition and skillful property management, we strive to provide our pool of 200 investors with consistent cash flow, appreciation in value, and straightforward communication.

We are incredibly risk averse asset managers. We acquire many of our properties debt-free (with no mortgage) and if we do take out a loan, it's no greater than a conservative 30% Loan to Value ratio.
