"Great Passive Investment"
My husband and I are seniors who are primarily interested in current income rather than long-term growth. Just over a year ago we learned about the Clotine Capital Fund - specifically Carta Capital. This fund allows us to do hard money lending without searching for qualified buyers, doing loan paperwork, and servicing the loans all of which we had done for several years. Instead, Carta does the work to secure and service loans for the fund and returns to investors 10% annually, paid monthly. Also, the commitment period can be as short as 6-months, although we have left our original investment for over 12 months and have added to the original investment. Our contact Jared Benson has been super helpful. I would highly recommend this organization. They also have other investment options which would be interesting to investors with longer-term goals.
