As a developer and real estate investor in San Diego for many years, you reach a point in your life where personal time becomes a priority over working day in and day out. I have been with Comfort Capital for multiple years now and there are several things that stand out to me. Being one of the group of older investors, I have a handful of very close friends who I have known for 40+ years who have also invested in multiple times, savvy investors who look for all the things Comfort Communities create. And like me, they are very, very happy with their portfolios. When you invest and a project closes, part of the disclosures is a page showing the other investors in that particular LLC. It is amazing how many repeat investors' names I see over and over. I recognize many names as either business owners or, like myself, retired business owners who are self-made and are cautious to invest their money with others. To me, this shows the trust and integrity that Comfort Capital is!
