Comfort Capital is a family-owned, generational real estate investment firm focused exclusively on the Manufactured Housing sector (i.e., Mobile Home Parks). Founded in 2009, we bring over 17 years of experience to the ownership and operation of high-quality manufactured housing communities. Today, we own and operate more than 3,100+ manufactured home spaces across 30 communities, and have successfully completed over 14 full-cycle divestitures. Our vertically integrated team includes 65+ dedicated professionals, anchored by our in-house property management company, Comfort Communities, which oversees day-to-day operations and community enhancements. At Comfort Capital, we prioritize not only generating robust returns for our investors but also crafting exceptional living environments for our residents. We take pride in the cleanliness and affordability of our properties, striving to create communities that anyone would be proud to call HOME. We focus on acquiring properties in high-growth markets that can generate immediate, consistent cash flow while offering long-term value creation for our investors. As experienced value-add operators, we look for opportunities to improve infrastructure, boost occupancy, and create safe, welcoming places to live. Once we've executed our business plans, our strategy is to bundle neighboring assets into portfolio exits, utilizing 1031 exchanges to defer capital gains tax and reinvest into larger, higher-value opportunities—further compounding investor capital over time.

We handle over $220M in investor capital. From small business owners, to friends & family, to sophisticated family offices, we provide investment opportunities to a variety of backgrounds. Our deals are also open to taking self-directed IRA funds as well as 1031 exchanges through a TIC structure.
