DealPoint Merrill is a national real estate investment and development firm specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of commercial and mixed-use properties. With over 40 years of proven experience, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for financial institutions and private investors through its client-first philosophy and vertically integrated approach to asset transformation.

Operating as a wholly owned affiliate of a family office, DealPoint Merrill is both an owner-operator and co-investor, ensuring full alignment of interests with its investment partners.
