Enterprise uniquely combines solutions, capital, and community development under one roof, working across six impact areas: housing preservation and production, racial equity, resilience, upward mobility, partner growth, and resident success.

Operating through three divisions—Solutions, Capital, and Community Development—Enterprise provides financing, policy leadership, technical assistance, and housing development. Since 1982, it has invested $80+ billion and created or preserved over 1 million affordable homes nationwide.
