"Loss of Investment "
One deal is a full loss of equity + capital call. Another appears to be on track for the same result, as I will not be throwing good money after bad. The Sponsor certainly over communicates but what's the point if the deal continues to perform poorly. There are far better multifamily GPs out there.

"Good team but awaiting returns"
I'm in three deals with GSH. The rising interest rates did a number on the deals I'm in. One has finally stabilized and distributing cash flow from the pref equity piece. The other two continue to make strides in turning around but still have ways to go in stabilizing and distributing cash flow. Throughout this period, the GSH team has been highly transparent and accessible, making a genuine effort to over-communicate with investors. Their quarterly reporting is detailed and thorough. Ultimately, however, returns are what matter most—which is why I’ve given this a three star rating.
