Timberview Capital

I was a little leery of Timberview Capital due to the large number and variety of investments they offer. However, I finally made a small investment through them in 2024 and have since made two more. All three of the investments have been performing as expected, and I plan to invest through Timberview again in the near future. They provide a lot of free information on the website and are very responsive to phone calls and emails when I have questions.

Timberview Capital helps you expand your investments beyond traditional investing. The staff is personable and extremely helpful with a consultant approach. I like the variety of investment opportunities they offer. I like the education they provide on tax efficiency. They have third parties that help you with this. I would like to see on presentations to find a way to minimize the intro for existing investors.

This network screens and sponsors a high number of deals across a variety of investment classes (Business Roll-ups, Multi-family, NNN Leases, Tech, Oil and Gas). I have invested in a multifamily deal in Dallas which has currently paused distributions and a Dental/Medical lease roll-up that is distributing on-schedule. Overall this seems like a good network for accessing deals. Having investment opportunities spread across so many different asset classes does give me some pause as it is difficult for a sponsor to have in-depth knowledge in each asset.
