Each lease is structured with joint responsibility among student tenants, backed by parent guarantors, ensuring financial reliability and stability. This approach aligns with the priorities of Ole Miss families seeking a secure, comfortable environment that supports their students’ university experience while offering investors a robust and predictable asset class in college markets in the southern US that are fueled by rapid university enrollment growth.
