Since launching F Street in 2009, we've grown from our humble beginnings of a one-person team to now operating unique verticals and managing brands within real estate lending, development & acquisition, and investments in emerging technology markets.

Compared to other investments FStreet has been a solid performer. Always paid on time in the debt fund and the Multi-family investments are being built and leased per the original prospectus. Always a way to contact my go to guy Mitch Ferraro to answer any questions and if he does not have the answer he gets another team member to explain any concerns. This is my largest investment and will continue to ivest with them
I’ve been invested in their fund for over two years, and it’s been a great experience. The team is friendly and transparent, and they hold weekly round-table discussions on upcoming projects and progress reports where investors can ask questions directly. Communication is excellent, and their annual investor event is a highlight. They’ve built strong partnerships with contractors and lenders, so everyone involved has a stake in each development’s success. We have bought into a few of their "Money Tree" projects recently and are excited to see them come to market. My promissory note payments have arrived in my account every month, on schedule, for more than two years. Having done direct hard money deals before, I love being in the fund instead. I get the benefits without the hassle.
We have put money into eight different F Street investments over the past two years. Their performance has been great, communication has been great, they are constantly providing educational opportunities, and there just isn't anything we aren't happy with. Mitch has been great, and everyone we have spoken with or interacted with has been equally awesome. We would highly recommend F Street!
As I’ve aged I have exited direct management of rental properties and moved towards truly passive investing. F Street is a one stop shop for investors like myself. Their Debt fund pays out 10% apr and offers a monthly payment or compounding option. I’ve also invested in a number of syndications which are under F Street management and pay out a monthly return while offering upside at sale or refi and helped out taxes via accelerated depreciation. F Street communicates well and keeps us investors informed. The sense is that they are extremely conservative and truly care about their investment partners.
