Since launching the F Street brand in 2009, we’ve grown from our humble beginnings of a one-person team to now operating unique verticals and managing brands within real estate lending, development & acquisition, and investments in emerging technology markets. In 2020 I invested in the F Street 10950 Potter deal. This investment has performed very well, with consistent monthly distributions and timely monthly statements. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with this sponsor.

Been nearly 8 months working with them and I have made an additional investment since I hit the minimum in the Private Debt Fund. Have had zero issues and the communication monthly has been great.
Would definitely invest with again in this fund that is focused on MultiFamily. The Private Debt fund pays out monthly at 10% APY and never missed since founded in 2009. Invested from my solo401k and there is no UBIT.
