BLV Fund I acquires profitable, B2B service businesses doing the work technology can't. BLV Fund I is a $25 million equity fund that has deployed approximately $16 million into six operating companies across five industries — gas station signage, water well drilling and filtration, specialized electrical contracting for the petroleum sector, and a CT Scanner/MRI sales and service company.

The investment thesis is demographic. We are in the largest small business ownership transfer in the history of America. Roughly $10 trillion of small business value sits with owners at or near retirement, and businesses generating $1MM to $3M of EBITDA are too small for institutional private equity and too large for most individual buyers.

Blueline underwrites for cash flow, not appreciation: conservative leverage, 7-10-year holds, and quarterly distributions to LPs. The fund is selective by design — in Q2 2026 the team reviewed 818 businesses and issued one LOI

Fund I has paid distributions in eight quarters totaling 23.88% of invested capital since inception. The general partner has $1.19 million of its own capital in the fund, approximately 7% of capital raised.
