I'm a dentist and I spend a lot of time at work, so I wanted to build passive income outside my practice. I invested with Runsteady Investments into a manufactured housing portfolio with parks in both Tennessee and Kentucky. Ian is easy to work with, broke down risk and reward clearly, and was transparent about what to expect. I also appreciate that he invests his personal money alongside the investors.
