RunSteady Investments

I'm a dentist and I spend a lot of time at work, so I wanted to build passive income outside my practice. I invested with Runsteady Investments into a manufactured housing portfolio with parks in both Tennessee and Kentucky. Ian is easy to work with, broke down risk and reward clearly, and was transparent about what to expect. I also appreciate that he invests his personal money alongside the investors. Communication has been consistent after I funded, and returns started after two quarters. I trust them and would invest again.

Fantastic experience with RunSteady Investments from initial introduction, to onboarding, to investment. Delivery and presentation of investment was thorough and transparent, great service from Ian Noble. Regular performance updates provided, which are informative and helpful. My goal was to seek out an alternative to traditional fixed income, and RunSteady Investments delivered on that. I would highly recommend them and will be investing again in the future.

Overall, I am very satisfied as an experienced investor. Ian Noble was incredibly helpful throughout the investment process; he was well informed and answered all of my questions. More importantly, he and Runsteady have delivered on every promise that was made prior to my investment. I am recently retired and this investment provided a needed source of diversification within my financial portfolio. I really like the detailed monthly reports that investors get including the historical results and the cumulative performance. The only improvement I can think of is the following; I wish that investors who "reinvest their proceeds" would get the same level of account performance detail that those who "take monthly distributions" get.

I’ve got to know Ian and RunSteady over years investing with him and have been very happy with transparency and low complexity projects we’ve been a part of. Low risk deals backed by a lot of equity is the kind of safety I want and that RunSteady delivers. Highly recommend for investors out there interested in safe and predictable outcomes.
