Three deals since 2021 and I’d invest again tomorrow

I got into Standifer’s first deal in 2021, before they had a track record. I’m now in three of their deals, and all three have done well. Each time I’ve decided to invest again, it’s been an easy call. Communication is what sets them apart for me. I’ve invested with other sponsors where it takes days to get a reply and updates are vague. With Mike and his team, I get a quick, straight answer whenever I reach out. Updates come regularly and tell me what’s actually happening with the asset. K-1s show up on time. I’ve never had to wonder where my money stands. They’ve also stayed consistent. They’ve grown a lot since that first deal, but the experience is the same as it was in 2021. I get the same responsiveness and the same attention now that I did as a new investor writing a smaller check. If you’re looking for a sponsor you can trust with your capital, I’d put Standifer at the top of the list.
