Standifer Capital

Standifer Capital has been one of my favorite multifamily GPs. I’m currently invested in four of their investments and have been very pleased with the performance, communication, investor reporting, and, most importantly, the Standifer team’s ability to navigate and perform well in a challenging multifamily market. I also consider their in-house property management platform a significant advantage in their performance. This is one GP I can say has been a pleasure to be an LP with since Day 1. I’ve been very impressed and look forward to continuing to invest with them.
