Reliable GP
I've been investing with Centrepoint since 2019. One multifamily deal went full-cycle at an attractive return. I'm currently in 2 retail deals, 1 industrial, 1 multifamily and their Fund (nicely diversified). The only deal underperforming is the multifamily which I feel they put a lot of energy into turning around. The other ones are performing well. I appreciate the monthly distributions. The Centrepoint team has always been transparent, quick to respond to any questions and receptive to any feedback. I always come away with the feeling they have great oversight of the properties in their portfolio.
Still a great GP but underperforming deals
Update: Most of what I said in the review below still stands especially about transparency and reporting. However, I am in 2 deals that have not made any distributions for over a year. For one the last distribution was 5/6/2025 and another closed on June 2025 and to date not a single distribution. It is disappointing when considering the attractive debt on both of those deals. Also, that I mainly invest in syndications for the cash flow.
Positive Experience with a reliable GP
Denali has been transparent and aligned in their approach. I am currently invested with them across four deals, and two of those have already completed successful cash-out refinances that returned a good portion of capital. I also really appreciate their Yardi-powered investor portal, which makes the investments much easier to track. Overall, I feel that they are in this for the right reasons and are focused on creating value for investors, not just collecting fees.
Stable Returns
In 2020 I invested in the F Street 10950 Potter deal. This investment has performed very well, with consistent monthly distributions and timely monthly statements. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with this sponsor.
