Ekcard Enterprises is an oil & gas company specializing in land acquisition, oil & gas exploration, and pipeline development. The COB Troy W. Eckard has been in the oil and gas business for 40 years. It's one of the few honest and trustworthy oil and gas companies to invest in. My wife and I have been investing with Eckard Enterprises for almost 3 years. We have mostly invested in land acquisition, where we buy actual real estate that the billion dollar oil companies like Exxon drill on. We receive royalty income every time they drill and activate their wells. We have also invested in a 3 well drilling project and invested in a LNG pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico. They are a diverse company with great leadership and a wonderful team that makes the company run very smoothly. We have found them honest, transparent, and highly knowledgeable. They do a tremendous job of educating their investor partners. We have had a ROR on our investments with them of over 20%. It's been a good investment for us. It not only provides monthly income, but is also a lifetime asset if should choose to hold on to your mineral acres/real estate.

My wife and I have invested with them for about a year now, but have known them for 2-3 years. I got to really know them through a Mastermind group we were apart of. We have done 3 investments with them. We like them because it is easy to do business with them. They have a new investor portal that makes it convenient to see investments in real time. They also have a helpful and knowledgeable investor relations department and staff. Another thing we like is that they have a few different options to invest in. Their Reliant Income fund has terms of 6mo, 12mo, & 36mo at different interest rates accordingly. Their returns have met our expectations and have always been on time. We did a 6mo investment with them and wanted a redemption after the 6 months was up and it was given back to us in full. They do have 90 day redemption period, meaning you have to contact them 90 days before you want your money returned.They also offer a car wash investment that is more of an equity long-term play as well with good returns. I haven't invested in that yet. Good company with a good track record, longevity, and large asset base to back them up. I would and have invested with them multiple times.
