Transparent and strong operator
I've had a great experience with BlueLine over the past year. The reporting has a great level of detail and really goes into the ins and outs of all that is happening. They've been timely with reporting and tax documents, and distributions are performing well. I've known one of the principals for a few years and have really enjoyed working with him both as part of this company and as part of his prior ventures. I have a lot of trust and confidence in this team, and I'm excited to be part of the investment.
Excellent sponsor and strong results so far
I have invested in six opportunities with Harbor, and I've been very happy with the team and the results so far. One has gone full term and met expectations, and the others are all performing as expected. The team is super responsive. They've got strong processes and procedures in place, and I've really enjoyed working with them. I plan to invest in many deals with them into the future.
